Yes. Our twelve-week optimization pilot is designed to validate value on a bounded subset of routes or garages before a wider rollout. You keep operational control while we jointly define success metrics—such as empty-kilometer reduction, on-time performance, or cost per vehicle-hour—and report transparently against them.
What data do you usually need to get started?
GTFS static and, where available, operational feeds (AVL, smart-card aggregates, or manual counts) help us calibrate models. We never ask for more than the scope of your question requires, and we can phase ingestion so your IT team stays comfortable.
